VIctor Graves is available on a limited basis to speak to senior citizens and nonprofit groups about matters related to fraud and adult financial exploitation.

There are no speaking fees, but  reimbursement of expenses for travel and lodging outside of the Baltimore/Washington Metro area may be requested.
